Had our first BBQ (since we moved to Singapore) at East Coast Park. There were 6 of us: me, Ed, Ser May, George, George's friend (Kit) and George's friend's girl (Doreen). We bought one of those disposable BBQ sets (another first), which we had trouble getting fired up but once it got going, it worked pretty well. The best part is, we don't have to clean up after, we simply throw the whole set away. Had lots of fun until we got home, opened our bags and found LOTS of cockroaches. Note to self: bring insecticide next time.
